Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Policy:

Orders take 2-5 business days to process before they are shipped. Shipping and handling fees will be paid for by the buyer and will be selected and added to your purchase during checkout.

Seeth Designs makes no guarantees about shipping time. We will attempt to stay within the specified time frames indicated on the Website; however, delays may result from occurrences, such as, without limitation, customer verification, declined credit cards, restricted items, legal prohibitions, and product unavailability.

If your order is lost, or damaged by the carrier please contact Seeth Designs via the contact page and Seeth Designs will file a claim with the carrier. Follow instructions given by Seeth Designs on providing evidence for the claim and if the claim is honored by the carrier the customer will receive a replacement product. If the claim is NOT honored then the customer will be offered a replacement product at a discount set by Seeth Designs. Discounts for such items will be determined case by case.

Seeth Designs is not liable in any way if your order gets stolen.

International Shipping Policy:

Once the product is returned or a claim is honored Seeth Designs will provide the customer with a replacement product.

Seeth Designs is not liable if your order gets stolen or seized by customs. If this occurs, file a claim with the carrier or customs for a possible resolution. If a product is seized by customs and returns undamaged and complete to Seeth Designs, then the customer will recieve a full refund.

End customers are liable for paying any tariff or import tax. Products returned due to a high tariff or import tax will be fully refunded once Seeth Designs has the returned product in hand undamaged and complete.
